Leatherwood will be primarily used as overflow space or for students who will be graduating at the end of the fall semester. One floor will house men while the other will house women. Leatherwood consists of four wings with 25 residents on each wing sharing a large bathroom suite of multiple individual showers and restroom facilities.
Hall features: Co-ed by floor; main lobby with large TV; study lounge; laundry room; vending machines; residence life classroom; large bathroom suites.
Room features: Two bunkable twin beds; two closets; two chests of drawers; two desks; two desk chairs; one wall-mounted mirror; two Ethernet ports with high speed Internet connection; one phone jack; one cable TV jack; horizontal blinds.
