WCU WIND ENSEMBLE Tues, Oct 7 @ 8 pm Fine & Performing Arts Center
Season-opening concert features music of the 1920s. Ensemble performs traditional band classics during the first half of the program.
The second half of the program will consist of Igor Stravinsky’s “Concerto for Piano and Wind Instruments,” featuring soloist Bradley Martin. The accompanying ensemble will be composed of students and faculty members from WCU’s School of Music.
Event is FREE and open to the general public.
